Attention Stans: The Game May Be Back…

Finally looks like BET will pick up a REAL program for their network. According to sources, BET may be in the works to pick up The Game sitcom since it was dropped by the CW in May…
Cable channel BET is in talks with “Game” producer CBS TV Studio about ordering a new season of the multicamera comedy, a spinoff from the long-running “Girlfriends.” The CW canceled “Game” in May after three seasons.
Following “Game’s” cancellation, BET began preliminary talks with CBS Studios about possibly taking in the series with new originals. The cable net already runs repeats of both “Game” and “Girfriends.” The options on the “Game” actors have lapsed, so if a deal is reached with BET, CBS Studios would have to make new pacts with them.

TRUE BLOOD GUSHES IN RATINGS!

Vampire series True Blood on Sunday night captured HBO's largest audience outside of The Sopranos in more than five years.
The Aug. 23 premiere averaged 5.3 million watchers, according to Nielsen Media Research data, up 20% from the previous week's premiere.
Installments of the David Chase mob series aside, that was the top performance for an HBO show since a Deadwood episode on April 11, 2004, which was the lead out from The Sopranos that night.
True Blood, which has two more original episodes to premiere during its sophomore season, has delivered a gross audience of 11.6 million watchers when tallied over its various linear plays, DVR and HBO On Demand airings, according to the premium service.
The rest of HBO's Sunday-night lineup also played well with Hung averaging 3.3 million at 10 p.m., followed by 3.2 million for Entourage on Aug. 23.
Hung's gross audience has reached 9.4 million viewers per episode, while Entourage has pulled in 8.2 million through its various plays.

Chris Brown's Unreported Incidents Of Domestic Abuse Exposed!

It takes criminal charges for a woman beater to get the point!
Chris Brown's February assault on Rihanna was not an isolated incident, as the domestic abuser was involved in (at least) two unreported acts of violence toward his ex-girlfriend.
According to a probation officer’s report, the first incident happened in Europe about three months prior to the February assault during a heated dispute between the pop stars. Rihanna slapped Chris and he responded by shoving her into a wall.
If that wasn't enough, during a trip to Barbados in January, the two got in an argument in their rented Range Rover. Chris exited the vehicle and smashed both the driver's and front passenger side windows. The pop stars were able to cover up that incident.
We're surprised RiRi wasn't injured! Not to mention that she stayed with him so long!
Hopefully, that hard labor will be exactly what the douchenozzle needs!

Update: Details Emerge in Juelz Santana’s Domestic Violence Case

Details have emerged in Juelz Santana’s alleged domestic violence case with the mother of his son, one day after news broke that the Harlem rapper was arrested.
According to the Associated Press, Santana was officially charged with making terroristic threats and possessing a weapon. He is being accused of intimidating his girlfriend with a knife. Captain Dean Kazinci told the AP that Santana alleges that the woman carried the knife and she was the aggressor.
Despite yesterday’s reports, the woman did suffer minor injuries, but did not have to seek any medical attention.
Juelz is currently at home on $5,000 bail. He is set to be back in court on September 9.
