We always was wondering, why was it that Tyler Perry was so comfortable playing an old woman in his plays and movies, now we have an answer. Sadly but surely Tyler Perry has admitted to being molested in his early years of life by and older women and abused by family memebers.Tyler Perry has written a letter to his fans about the situation.
I couldn’t have been more than 10 years old when I went over to play with her son and Matchbox cars. She opened the door in skimpy lingerie. There was a man sitting on the couch, smoking. She told me that her son was in the bedroom. I was there playing with him about 20 minutes when I heard the man arguing with her. He said he was leaving and slammed the door. She came into the bedroom and told me that I had to go home. She told her son to take a bath and she locked him in the bathroom. I was at the front door trying to get out, when she came in and laid on the sofa and asked me if I wanted the key. I told her I had to go home as it was getting dark. She put the key inside of herself and told me to come get it, pulling me on top of her.

Its about to be a girl fight, Between Alicia Keys and Mashonda
After having a great evening with my son and enjoying some fun twit chat, I decided to sign off and get some work done. However, a few hours later I was advised that I should check @aliciakeys twit page. I’ve never reached out to her on twitter before. I feel our issues are a lot more serious than a website conversation. Not to mention that I’ve reached out to her many times in the beginning of this whole thing, as any wife would do. Unfortunately, I never succeeded in getting a response. The 1st time I meet AK, my husband introduced us to each other at an event. ( I have no choice but to call him my husband, until he is not anymore) In the messages that I sent to her (AK), I made it very clear that on the contrary of what she might be hearing, I am still married to my husband, living with him and just had a child. Its been two years and I still have not received a response. What I do receive, is constant displays of selfishness and disconcern to me and my son.

After the demise of the relationship between himself and Jay-Z, it seemed as though Damon Dash had begun to fade into obscurity.
Selling his portion of Roc-A-Fella to Def Jam in 2004, he switched gears and tried to rebuild as he launched Dame Dash Music Group and was allegedly taking pieces of the old Roc with him to rebuild the dynasty that was destroyed.
After his BET reality show Ultimate Hustler seemed to fizzle, things for Dash looked to be on a downfall. Hey, anytime an artist has to resort to reality TV, let alone BET, there is clearly an issue going on.
Dame has stepped back into the music realm, producing a new album called BlacRoc which will feature a vast amount of artists that will provide their lyrical presence over music that will be made by the rock/blues group known as The Black Keys. So far, names such as Mos Def, Jim Jones, Ludacris and Pharoahe Monch have appeared in relation to appearances for the upcoming project. The date of release is set for the day after Thanksgiving.
Having the mentality of a hustler, Dash hasn't stopped with the music and as he did with Rocawear, he intends to expand his branch and develop himself even further as he did back in the days with the Roc. Dash has announced plans to launch a new radio station entitled Magnet Radio. The station is set to place a heavy emphasis on music instead of having it oversaturated with ads to promote finances. Dash has stated that it's not about getting the money, but more about providing a platform for people to hear good music and this will serve as an emerging business model.
Dame has also placed his hand in the auto industry. Tiret New York, the luxury timepiece and jewelry brand established in 2004, alongside Daniel Lazar, have moved into a new realm with its latest creation: the Tiret Sport Coupe. Based on the Range Rover Sport, the luxe 2-door sport utility was just unveiled at Swiss watchmakers expo Baselworld alongside Tirets opulent bejeweled timepieces.
Some people take a situation and use it as an excuse to never pick themselves back up off their feet. Others, however, use their bumps and bruises as motivation to become even bigger than they once were. With the experiences already under their belt, they come the second time around revitalized and can be a formidable force.

Jay Z concert was a success

Jay Z held a concert at Madison Square Garden last night (sept 11), and the place was sold out. All his fans came out to support him and the show was great. He had special surprise guest like Kid Cudi, Mary J, Memphis Bleek, Diddy, His wife (Beyonce), Pharrell, Rihanna, Kanye West. Each segment with a different preformer had the crowd hype.
The most important part to me was the special memorial he had for the 9/11 victims. It was a wall in the shapes of towers and the pictures of the 9/11 victims scrolled up the towers. That was a great tribute, and it made the concert even more rememberable.
The part I loved, was when he shouted out different fans, just giving them acknowledgement and showing his appreciation took the cake for me.
Jay Z, your are the king of rap and the concert was great, Keep on doing your thing Brother.

We know, that is not right, but it is what it is. So we got to thinking; is Max going to be bigger now that he is locked up? Everyone knows that theory of “getting more props for jail time than college to black folks” is somewhat true to an extent, and at the same time we realize that this is music, rap music at that. However, we do feel guilty for…… wanting to check out some rap music based on its thug mentality or hard lyrics.
So, Shyne should be getting out soon, and his release is highly anticipated. The scenario with Max is a little different, but now that he is locked up and his street credibility is “proven,” we feel he is worthy of a listen. Sad, but true.
Do we salute or commend thuggary? Hell no, F*ck a Thug, but we do understand the way the streets work, and hood stars-rappers-thugs are just that sometimes, hood stars, rappers, and thugs. Do we want to hang with the thugs and associate ourselves with them? Nope, but we will come outside to see them get cuffed up and hauled off. And we will ask the neighbor what they did, share stories and talk about it for years to come…in the COMMUNITY. It is what MOST PEOPLE would do.

According to sources, Frankie is begging Neffe to have a natural birth while Neffe insists on having a C-Section. Neffe has been complaining about the contractions being too painful and is pretty set on having a C-Section whether Frankie likes it or not.

Fabolous & T-Pain Kiss and Makeup

For those that thought that grown men do grown things, sometimes that isn't the case. An alleged attack from T-Pain, through Twitter, on rapper Fabolous, sent the Brooklyn MC into go mode as he released a “Tweet” slaughter on the singer.
Those that know the history are aware of the fact that the two have worked together in the studio as they put together “Baby Don't Go” for Fab's album, From Nothin' To Somethin'.
The issue came to a boil after there was belief that T-Pain had dissed him with a royal “F*ck You” through Twitter. Such a comment might have stemmed from Fab letting everyone know that Pain was throwing dirt on Jay-Z's name during a show in Vegas as he decided to make a very late response to the record “Death of Autotune.” The problem that arose with that is the fact that Pain came out beside Jay when he actually performed the song, so the diss makes no actual sense.
Regardless, Fab decided to go the dozens on Pain after reading the message, but was unaware of the fact that it came from someone only posing and was not the real singer. Clearly the news was received too late as Fab went back to his DJ Clue days to let the singer have it.
Maybe it's just my opinion, but I didn't think that it was too cool to talk trash about someone through AIM or text, so what would make anyone think that it's acceptable with Twitter. I tell ya, too much thumb wrestling but no one will battle.
Well moving along, Fab must have seen the error of his waves, realizing that it wasn't “King Auto-Tune” who sent darts his way. During an interview with Angie Martinez on New York radio station Hot 97, Fabolous manned up and stated:
"He called me, he hit me, he texted me and said to call him. At first, I just apologized because I kinda jumped out the window a little bit and didn't even check into it before I knew what I was doing. I apologized for that. Then he was explaining the whole thing with Jay, how he felt Jay was coming at him a little bit and I told him, ‘I just heard an interview this morning with Jay…on a morning show…saying you were one of the guys who brought it back to music and he respected you for doing it plus a few other people but he didn't like the whole genre of music jumping on Auto-Tune....'
I never felt like he (Jay) was coming at him (T-Pain) but that's him and Jay's conversation. Our thing was just over the whole Twitter thing. I had to backdown because I really provoked it, but still, I got some false information...This is how stuff starts in the industry."
Death Row Gives The Masses A Bone With Snoop's "Lost Sessions"

Fans of the “Dogg Father” will be pleasantly surprised when they visit store shelves very soon as the new guardians of Death Row Records have raided its illustrious musical collection to bring the people a true gem, classic music from none other than Snoop Dogg.
Called The Lost Sessions, Vol.1, the compilation is sure to spark instances of nostalgia as the West Coast don's classic flow can be felt over unreleased tracks such as “The Genie” and “Eat A Dick,” a track that also features long time collaborator and fellow musical titan Dr. Dre. The album is due to his stores on October 13th. The album follows a re-release of Dr. Dre's legendary album, the Chronic, entitled Chronic: Re-Lit.
In other Snoop Dogg news, the “Boss Dogg” is slated to release his highly anticipated 10th album, Malice In Wonderland. No date has been specified as of yet, but it is still scheduled for a 2009 release. Snoop has also been tapped to be the Creative Chairman of Priority Records.

In the case of Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, the rapper has built an image from his moniker that presented a man dealing with violent circumstances and the aggression that came from dealing with them.
Raised during the early 80's, then a drug dealer, Jackson was slanging during the crack epidemic and ran the streets as the life of a hustler. As he tried to leave the negativity and pursue something positive with rap, he was shot in 2000. Clearly before meeting Dr. Dre and Eminem, the rapper was heading in a direction that would have lead to his eventual downfall.
Jackson is no longer in the position that he was when he first hit the streets with his mixtapes and when he made his mainstream debut in 2003 with Get Rich Or Die Tryin'. As a result, the rapper has stated that since he is no longer part of those circumstances, he feels that he no longer feels the need to go by his rap alias and would like to be referred to only as Curtis Jackson. In a recent interview, 50, excuse me, Curtis stated:
"The aggression that translated the strongest in my first album is what Hip-Hop culture looks for. It's a persona. I'm not under the same circumstances I was under when I (first)worked in music, so it feels completely different."
Ever since his debut, fans have gritted their teeth in discontent and have had the feeling that the aggression that helped build the rapper before becoming famous had fizzled and he had become yet another victim of the money and the control it has over an artist with their creativity in music. Making bubble gum songs such as “Candy Shop” has made listeners discredit him and question his credibility as his music wasn't as hard edge as it once was and with a name such as 50 Cent, they expected more.
Adopted as a metaphor for “change,” the alias was derived from Kelvin Martin a.k.a the “Real” 50 Cent, who was a talented robber, as the name stood for everything that he wanted to say as Jackson felt as though he had the same mentality as Martin in which he would provide for himself by an means.

As Jay-Z is celebrating the release of The Blueprint III and his upcoming “Answer The Call” Concert on Friday, a one-night only concert featuring the rapper ends with a man being rushed to a hospital. A dispute between two men after the show resulted in one man being stabbed.
The incident took place on Tuesday in Chicago as Jay-Z was holding a performance at the of Blues. At the close of the show, an argument ensued between two women and two men associated with the women were forced to step in according to Police News Affairs Officer Gabrielle Lesniak. One man was said to be the boyfriend of one woman and the other was the brother of the other woman. Although one might think that the two were stepping in to resolve the situation, they only sparked it more as they became physical with one another by shoving each other.
"The women were exchanging words and it escalated to a small -- shoving match. The men sort of stepped in and it...escalated to where the men got into the confrontation," said Lesinak.
Everything hit the breaking point when a knife was pulled out and used to stab the other. Although no names have been released, the stab victim was 20 and the man responsible for the act was arrested on the scene of the crime and will be charged.

The man of the moment and mastermind behind The Blueprint III will be featured on a BET special titled, “Food For Thought: Conversations with Jay-Z.” The program will touch on his meeting with Oprah in Brooklyn, a recent dinner with Barack Obama, his hush-hush marriage to Beyonce and of course, The Blueprint III. Viewers can watch Hot 97 radio personality, Angie Martinez, sports commentator, Stephen A. Smith and music journalist, Harry Allen interview Jigga at Sequio's restaurant on Pier 17 in New York . The broadcast will interrupt BET's 106 & Park. “Food For Thought: Conversations With Jay-Z” premieres tonight at 7 p.m.
While Jay is getting his shine on BET, Lil Wayne stans can flip to VH1 to catch Weezy in action. VH1's “Behind The Music” debuts its new season with Wayne dialoging his codeine affected journey through life. VH1 takes viewers into his world, touching on the first time he used drugs to his introduction to Bryan “Baby” Williams and the Cash Money family. Maia Campbell is in Treatment
By BossipLast week, a video of Maia Campbell surfaced of her in a manner that we will not dwell on BUT… because of the video, people have stepped in to help her get the treatment that she needs. Here is a statement from a family friend.
Maia has been diagnosed with bi-polar/manic depression and because substance abuse is involved she has co-occurring disorder, which has symptoms similar to schizophrenia. In short, Maia is mentally ill and has a substance abuse problem.
Maia is in treatment, and she said that there is hope for Maia’s recovery. The prayers of “50,000,000″ people can make the difference because Maia doesn’t like to stay in treatment, and her treatment involves drug withdrawal, as well as, treatment for her disorders. Maia’s disorders are exasperated and sent out of control by substance abuse. Pre-existing and early onset bi-polar, clinical depression and schizophrenia can be sent out of control by marijuana (the worst culprit), alcohol and of course, synthetic and street drugs.
Maia Campbell’s mother started an organization called NAMI Urban Los Angeles (NULA), the urban affiliate of NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness. NULA, founded in 2003, provides education about severe brain disorders, supports increased funding for research and advocates for adequate health insurance, housing rehabilitation and jobs for people with serious psychiatric illnesses in communities of color. It also seeks to educate the public about the myths of mental illness to eradicate stigma. NULA seeks to be a beacon of hope in the community it serves.

Normally, the standard is to give away money, food or clothes but a car can make a bigger difference in someone’s life. Dr. Dre's "The Chronic" Rereleased

Dre Day is back in effect as WIDEawake Entertainment released The Chronic Re Lit on Tuesday. Previously acquiring Death Row Records back catalogue, The Chronic Re Lit includes the sixteen original Chronic songs digitally re-mastered, profound liner notes from one of Dr. Dre's long time colleagues and friends, award winning producer and documentary film maker Quincy Jones III, plus a second DVD collection entitled From The Vault.
From The Vault includes videos from The Chronic, promotional pieces, and a special never before released 30 minute in studio interview with Dr. Dre discussing the future of Hip-Hop. The DVD also features seven unreleased and limited released songs from Snoop Dogg, R&B singer Jewel and rappers CPO Boss Hogg and Kurupt.
Dr. Dre is also still scheduled to release his long awaited Detox album this fall as well though no release date has been confirmed as of yet. With Dr. Pepper commercials and Hewlett Packard deals in place, it's evident that the marketing push is coming onto shape for the album so hopefully fans won't be waiting another too much longer.

Bossip has just learned that Shawne Merriman was arrested for choking out Tila Tequilla.
Tila placed a call early Sunday morning alleging that her boyfriend San Diego Charger defense Sean Merrimen physically assaulted her:
Early Sunday morning, Shawne Merriman was arrested on suspicion of physically assaulting Tila Tequila, a model and television personality. He was taken into San Diego County Jail.
Tequila, whose real name is Tila Nguyen, placed a call at 3:45 a.m., accusing Merriman of choking and physically restraining her. She claims Merriman prevented her from being able to leave his house, and signed a citizens arrest at the scene, charging him with battery and false imprisonment.
